Girls travelling light!

Packing for our expedition took "only" 5 days! Not only did we need to pack all our winter diving, expedition and camera & video gear but we also had to pack luggage for our kiddies (a hedgehog named Pepe and a leopard gecko calle Pesto) who will be staying in foster care,

By 2am in the morning our bags were packed with barely within the allowed weight but we still managed to smuggle in a bottle of nail polish!

By 5am we were at Heathrow and were welcomed by a massive poster "your remarkable journey begins here". The length of our journey to get to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is defintiely remarkable... we arrive on Friday afternoon!
